Any photo from your phone or camera works, the higher the resolution the better it'll look at 50x50mm. Square or close-to-square photos crop the cleanest, but we'll centre and crop any shape for you. If a photo genuinely won't print well (too blurry, too dark, too low resolution), we'll email you before we print it rather than send out something you won't be happy with.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days of us packing it, then sent by UK post, so most orders arrive within a week of ordering. We're a small operation working out of Kirkcaldy, Fife, not a factory, so we'd rather quote a realistic time than promise next-day and miss it.

Yes. Each tile is finished with a strong, flexible magnet on the back, strong enough to hold its own weight against a fridge door alongside your other magnets and takeaway menus.

Yes, everywhere in the UK. Every order is packed in Kirkcaldy and posted out from there, whether you're in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, Perth, Dunfermline, Glenrothes, or anywhere else in Scotland, England, Wales or Northern Ireland.

That's most of our orders. StickyPortraits doesn't have a physical shop, everything is made to order and posted out, so a gift order works the same whether you're sending it to yourself or straight to someone else. Just use their address at checkout.

Since every magnet is printed specifically from your photo, we can't resell a returned one, but if something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll sort it. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
